How do I order?
You may order through our website at www.meatdepot.com.ph. You may pay by credit card using our PayPal gateway. You may also choose to pay via bank deposit / funds transfer to our BDO account. Specific instructions will be emailed to you at checkout.

Absolutely! We have a secured system to keep your data and will never share your information to third parties.
What is your delivery scope?
We service the entirety of Metro Manila, Rizal, and a few areas in Bulacan, Cavite, and Laguna. To find out if we service your area, please email us at email@example.com.
How do you ship your products?
Meat Depot delivers its products using a combination of its own delivery fleet and third-party logistics providers. Learn more by clicking here.
When will my orders arrive?
Due to the volume of orders we receive, we are unable to to same-day delivery. If you would like your orders sooner, you may opt to pickup your items in the following stores. Click here for our stores' contact details.
We endeavour to do next-day delivery for orders with confirmed payments placed on or before 6:00 pm (GMT+8). We reserve the right to confirm the availability of the recipient prior to dispatching orders. In cases where next-day delivery will not be possible due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. lockdown restrictions and inclement weather), we will ship out the items on the subsequent days, subject to availability delivery assets.

What happens if I am not available to receive my package upon delivery?
Please assign a representative (e.g. relative, friend, househelp, or guard) to receive your package. If no one else is available to receive the goods on your behalf, items will be sent back to our warehouse. Next delivery will be charged to your account.
Can I pick up my order directly from any Meat Depot store?
Yes. At checkout, may choose the option to pickup in the following branches: Ayala Malls The 30th, Ayala Malls Vertis North, Banawe, B.F. Homes Parañaque, Paseo de Magallanes, and U.P. Town Center. If you would like to pickup at our other branches, please email us.

Can I send an order to another person as a gift?
Yes. Simply indicate on the shipping address, the delivery address, and mobile number of the recipient.
How do I know that my order went through?
After you have completed the check out process, you will receive a confirmation via email if you chose to be notified via email and provided an email address. If you chose to be notified via SMS and provided your mobile number, you will receive a message confirming your order.
Please note that it may take our team a few hours to respond to emails, especially to confirm payments made via bank deposit / funds transfer as these payments need to be verified with our finance team. We seek your cooperation on this matter.
Do you wholesale? Do you accept bulk orders?
Yes. If there are not enough stocks for your order on our site, you may send us an email and we will process your order separately depending on the availability. If you are looking at wholesale, click here.
I would like to request for a refund for a damaged item. What do I do?
Please email us. We will do our best to keep it quick and process within the day of approval.
What do I do if I have an issue with the item I received? (e.g. incorrect/ damaged item delivered)
Please advise us by sending an email as soon as possible.
What is the return and exchange policy?
If we sent you a wrong item from what you ordered, please send us an email. If you have changed your mind about your order after receiving it, please be reminded that all sales delivered in good condition are final.
